Documentation & images.
The renders, plans and documents of Altura Residences are a guide, not a contract. Here is what that means.
Renders, images and videos
The images of Altura Residences shown on this website, including the renders by GC Studio, are computer-generated, merely illustrative and not contractual. They are based on an initial project and may change for technical, legal or commercial reasons. The furniture, appliances, lighting, decoration, plants and landscaping shown are not included unless expressly listed in the specifications. Views, surroundings and finishes are shown for guidance only.
Brochures and commercial documentation
The brochures and commercial documents are informative and not contractual. The images and infographics they contain are indicative and may vary in the final technical project. Movable, decorative and ornamental elements are not included in the price unless expressly stated in the corresponding specifications.
Specifications
The specifications may be modified due to technical, legal, management or material availability requirements; any material affected will be replaced with another of similar quality and characteristics.
Floor plans and surfaces
The floor plans are generic and illustrative, and some levels are shown with more than one layout option. The plans and any surfaces given may be modified by the competent authorities or for justified technical or legal reasons, without substantial alteration. The furniture shown is not included.
Prices and availability
Prices, availability and the details of each residence are given for information only and may change without notice. They must always be confirmed with the sales team before any decision is made.
Maps and distances
The location shown on the maps and the driving times given are approximate, calculated without traffic; actual journey times vary with traffic, season and route. The points of interest are indicative, may change, and not all of them are represented.
